Windows 11 laptop - want 2FA authenticator on duckduckgo browser. Is it possible???

As per title, does anyone know how to get a 2FA authenticator installed and working on a duckduckgo web browser on my windows 11 laptop? Got the google chrome authenicator working in both chrome and brave browsers, but can't find anything for DDG. I don't want to install a 2FA mobile, I want it on the laptop itself.

Not without extensions but it does have a desktop client.
