My first replacement screen was not OEM but some time after I had an ADAS issue. Dealer could not fix it at first attempt and then screen got a huge chip. Second replacement screen I insisted OEM as knew that my ongoing ADAS issue might get warranty rejected if not OEM screen. Autoglass fitted a SEAT screen and sorted the ADAS issue which the dealer couldnt.

In the case of windscreens, OEM means the same screen fitted at the factory. In reality all screens come from the same supplier, some have SEAT logo removed and sold direct to Autoglass. Some go thru a SEAT dealer who makes a markup on it.

I hadn't heard anything from Autoglass today, so give them a ring. The insurer has given the OEM screen the go-ahead, so Autoglass are currently waiting for SEAT to confirm when they can deliver to the screen. Once received, they'll give me a call and get everything booked. I clarified on the call, and as you say, it'll literally have the SEAT logo stamped on it. The lady commented that insurers are usually pretty good when it comes to brand new cars, so my insurer more or less approved it straight away. So relieved/happy.
