Wing mirrors won't close

Hi all :)
Mfd unit told me to change my key battery so I did twice yet my wing mirrors won't close when I long hold the lock button but locks my car any suggestions please

First check the settings in the car menu to make sure it hasn’t randomly unticked itself.

Failing that it may be your windows.

Sounds odd but check that your one click opening and close of your windows works correctly.

If any of them aren’t one click opening/closing then you need to reset it for the anti trap function.

Once done then it should be working.

I think it has to do with the fact holding the lock button also closes the windows, but with the anti trap function not working it won’t.

  5. Release the window button.
  6. Test the automatic window function.

Update tried the windows reset and it did nothing grrr and mirrors still not closing any other suggestions.

Are the windows auto closing though? If not then reset hasn't worked.

The only other thing is it isn't ticked on the infotainment.
