I'll need to post up some pics of the aero wipers I bought off of eBay the other month that don't fit properly, despite it saying they were for my car......
So these ones will fit a 06 onwards mk4 as the fittings are different from then on
these fit all the early ibizas with the hook style wiper arm. i belive its for vehicles up to 06
So does any one know where to get the 06onwards ones with out going to the stealers
I noticed that with my Bosch ones. I searched the forum and others have noticed the same problem. It only seems to be the passenger side that does not sit properly on the windscreen. However, same wipers on my bro's Fabia VRS and it's perfect
It doesn't bother me now as it still wipes properly.

I'm sure that was the same case with me, left one didn't sit properly and didn't feel like it was secure in on the arm, as the little clip on the blade didn't fit the slot on the arm.

all my wipers are getting pretty shocking so thought i'd take hte opportunity to get aeros all round.
i have a 54 plate mk4
i obviosly have the old style arms and wipers, so looks like i need the above discussed items for the front - part number 1J2998002 - retro fit blades? is that a VAG part number i take it? i can get my dad to order as he works for VW.
secondly, the back
i know there's the option of the polo rear wiper, but there's also the new style ibiza rear?
what are my options for the rear, and which are best? and part numbers if possible?

Yep thats the retro fit VW kit!!
as for rears dont bother with the facelift one as its rubbish!! go Polo it only £15
I would really like some decent Aero wipers for my Mk4, I had some cheap ebay ones fitted on my old car, they were very good, but a little too cheap..
When I can spare an arm and a leg..lol.
Seriously though how much do VW charge, I can give them a call tomorrow. however someone on here might already know.
