Worn top mount after less than 1.5k?

Back in April I fitted new FK Coilovers with new topmounts allround from ECP.

Today I had the Cordoba Mot'd and it failed on top-mount with excessive play (which I witnessed personally) which is very stange as the Mount has covered less than 1500 miles since fitting the new suspension, checked the nut and its as it should be.

dodgy one off mount?

maybe, or fitted wrong?

it is the right way up? I've done that once...

Yeh, I double checked that when I fitted them, think I posted somthing out when I couldent work it out off the car.

Other than that - some trivial headlamp adjustment it sailed through, did'nt have much to check inside

And me taping up the airbag light worked
