The bore of a Milltek is larger than on an OEM one
So may find there is a bit of a gap
Some you can put reducers on , but depending on what car you have , may depend on wether you could fit a reducer
What car is it and engine?
May know someone who can help depending on car

It's a toledo with the 1.9TDI 110 bhp that most of them came with
I just post in here as this section gets more traffic.
There's an exhaust place close to me and I figure if they're in anyway competent then they should be able to help me out

Instead of creating a new thread, I found this, so *cough* I have pretty much the same problem, just bought a Milltek exhaust, after careful inspection, I found:

A crack in the weld which is pretty much going all the way around the flange, and the box itself, the lining is cracked with hair like material beginning to emerge ! (what they use to stuff exhausts)

and....

Shocking!, not the weld this time but the hanger is beginning to crack/rip off the box itself!

In the past I've used, Scorpion which have lasted me 4+ years and the new owners when I sold the system(s) on with no problem, I've used Ashley Exhausts (Midlands Performance, Custom), never had an issue, I've used Magnex, never had an issue, I've also used Millteks in the past and not had issues.

I've emailed Milltek and am awaiting a reply.

I think that Ragazzon Exhaust are the best made for Exhaust Sistem !!
Are Inox 409 + 304 Made, polished, and in some exhaust Ragazzon use a special system for made it, without weldings or made it with Inox TIG weldings.

Yes I would love to travel to Italy, unfortunately I'm based in the UK, but thanks for your input I suppose...... :ban:

Thanks, I'll stick with UK products, less hassle with regards to after care support.

Anyway, as I stated above, I have contact Milltek via email (both their support email addresses) and am awaiting a reply.
