Does anyone have a How To Guide on doing the Clutch?

Has anyone done their own?

I found these in the Haynes Book of Lies:

Flywheel Bolts: 40Nm - Then tighten 180°

Clutch Bolts: 60Nm - Then tighten 90°

I think I payed £88 for the luk vr6 clutch from Gsf and £107 for the flywheel from badger 5 and a garage charged me £100 for fitting so all in cost me around £300 including the new bolts etc

Awseome GTi do an ECS Stage1 clutch kit for £330, this includes everything including a lightened flywheel. It's not far off getting everything seperate either.

works well got it in mine, no probs.
