YAW Sensor

What system does the Yaw sensor feed into with regards to the Ibiza... I know usually they're part of the ESP system, but i was unaware that a Mk3 Ibiza had this system?
Unless the yaw sensor is something to do with the TCS system... Which would make more sense...
For something that isnt as common - I'd say the main dealer would be your best port of call...

ive got elsawin and autodata at work ill have a look but i dont think it has one it doesnt have esp.
yaw sensors sense sideways roll and tcs doesnt need that nor does abs.

i found part number and name this sensor in ON-LINE Etka, but it was not there, where it is located

Are you sure its an Yaw sensor that you need?
The Ibiza Cupra isnt equipped with ESP... So wouldnt need a Yaw sensor...
From that diagram, do you mean ABS sensor?

I think the Europeans got stuff we didn't, because my manual does make reference to ESP, along with heated seats.
autodata lists it "near steering column" RHD or "near steering column" LHD
elsawin doesnt list esp for the cupra though :/
it will be quite a flat sensor bolted down. most probably say BOSCH on the top. The top of it will look like a MAP sensor.
if you have a mk4 its underneath the back seats (yes i do realise this is the mk3 bit)

ndbrgr - heated seats were an option for mk3's as they were also in the mk2 mind believe it or not but likely meant for colder climates i would guess though
as for Yaw sensor yes - 1J0 907 657 A (#16 in diagram) obviously only IF the vehicle is/was fitted with esp
must confess only seen them on early Leons - was fitted on the central tunnel under the console iirc

my ibiza mk3 have ESP (from DE,) but i dont know if ibiza mk3 cupra from ENGL have too ESP
