Ok so i thought its about time i got some new pics up of the car. The idea was to keep everything subtle abd to try and match everything in, so the theme is yellow (obviously) and shadow chrome (to match the wheels). I have to say without this site i wouldnt be as happy as iam with the car, not only the way its finished but the reviews and guides, its saved me alot of money but then cost me far more haha. So enjoy

A few days after i got her, after a good polish and some new plates

Above are my FK coilovers, from memory there silverline X's. Good bit of kit for the money but if i wa sto buy them again id go for some KW's after being in a few lCR's with them

Above you can see my coilovers and ARB's, had to bash the blue flame zorst into get the ARB's to fit. I did have the Nuespeed ordered but the supplier let me down on the day of fitment so luckily Simon from Big boys toys (now AMD) managed to get me some H&R's

These bad boys are my AP racing disks, shame they didnt have black or red inserts but they stop like anything and look far better than stock. The DS2500 pads are a great combo

This was taken at a SCN meet but im buggered if i can remeber where, it was a bug car show too!

Just some random shots of the engine bay, you can see the yellow SFS relocation kit, i will be taking the sausgae looking pipe out and putting some hard pipe in to join it back to the TIP

Above are pics of my hybrid K04, It came from the states and theres a huuuuuuuge thread on here with all the specs etc. But for the price it was a bargin in my eyes but would i get a K04 hybrid again? Well prob not i think id spend my money on nice seats as it doenst give you as much bhp for your £, but then again nothing is going to compare to a remap. Having said all that ive had the car into a few specialists and they have said its one of the most drivable uprated turbo cars they have driven as most are all or nothing or just nothing so im happy. Ow yeah an dthe black is tha ceramic coated section

Looks like a K04 or maybe a Hybrid K04, 12 blades and same DP bolt patern.

This was the mod we had done to the blue flame DP to try and stop it from ripping apart under load!

Avic head unit, great bit of kit and its suprising how much you use it.

door speaker upgarde to Exile comp speakers, bit of a mess at this point but it was a great time to sort the seals out as there was a bit of water in the footwells

stealth boot install, the whole idea behind my car is stealth, well that was before everyone knew what the LCR was capable of. Still shows up a few c0cky sods but im still trying to keep it stealthy so you ahve to look twice but then think "ow yeah, thats good"

I converted the single din dash to a double unit so when the head unit is fully out you can still get to the switches (hazard and heated rear window). It also gives a nice area to leave yet more rubbish! Over the next few months i will be putting the 12v supply back in and some mood lighting to give it a bit of a glow

Im trying to find a way to spray the silver plastic cover to try and match my wheels. i can get it to be dark but not shadow chrome, any ideas?

The end results, ive got a cover to go over the wheel perspex so i dont scratch it and so its a bit more stealthy! You can see ive kept the 12v supply as well to try and keep the functionality, its a god send when im out camping

This is the boot install being built, i had the boxes etc made by a local company after a recomendation from a friend and i can say there a hell of a lot cheaper than the ones from audio acustics and alot cheaper!

The exile amp is deisgnd so you can take it apart and spray it so ive tried to keep the theme of ovni yellow and the accent pieces are suppose dto be shandow chrome but there not that great!

Ive got a lighting cable to pick out the cupra r logo in the perspex. Just need some more light in the boot now for day to day use

Some pics of the shadow chrome wheels, these are the best mod to the car in my eyes, i really liked the look of the stock wheels but wanted to do somthing different, again keeping to the theme subtlely different. I love Comp Mo's and BBS CH's but i thought less poeple would do this as its not an off the shelf mod like after market wheels
