Yet another offset question (Pro Races)

I have come across some 17" Pro Race 1's the thing is the have an offset of 45 would these be ok on my cupra? They came off a renault clio the pcd is correct (4x100) I currently have some 15mm spacers on the rear would i be able to keep these on and get some 10mm spacers on the front?

Center bore is different on Renault and Honda 4x100's I think??

45mm seems too deep to me! Think Ian had ET25 and had to space out to 15 to clear the brakes!

They have a pcd of 108. All i need to know is would it be poss to fit the alloys i've mentioned with spacers to get them to the correct offset or is 45mm to much?
