Theyr'e just not the same amount of raw motoring fun as the MK2's I had a chance of a mk4 and stuck with 'it'

mk2 is more involved and fun to drive............really miss the lift off over steer on islands The mk4 is more comfortable and easier to live with, I just jump in and drive away. Thats abit of a novelty after having the purple one for 3 years

Yup they are, mines got 140k on the clock, electric everything, A/C and a cd changer. The 1.5 Twin Cam's not bad either although its as thirsty as the Cordy!!
