Angle grinder to the old joint ?? it's worked for me before, worst case your gonna possibly kill the driveshaft your already expecting to replace

My car has been on a tow truck aswell when my pedal box broke. I dont have a picture of it. So i also know how it feels.

Mine's also been on the back of a low loader when the diff bolts gave up

i thought about that, but by the time i saw it it was shagged from us hitting it with a sledge hammer lol.

better to replace it anyway, need new driveshaft bolts anyhoo

i wouldnt rely on that, SEAT garages don't know the first thing about these machines, if the laptop can't tell em where to prod it they'll replace anything!

use the Ford Bolts - proper allen key driven high tensile bolts not that cheesy multi spline soft crap VW uses

there's a part number round here somewhere

and as Roly says - dont - DONT - forget the double washers

Blocked drainage holes under the scuttle pannel where the wiper motor is......................happens on the MK3 too
