You know you have a MK2 Ibiza when you arrive home from a night of spirited driving and your in shock that everything is still 100% working!

This white one really is proving to be the exception to the rule.

My spends most of it's used time on track, last year drove to Castle Combe on a Saturday had 3 sessions and then straight up to Silverstone for a night of drinking and 2 more sessions around Silverstone GP circuit on the Sunday and drove home!

There were 4 of us doing this (My Ibiza, PhilW's Mk3 20vT, Lotus Elise, Startlet) and only the 2 Ibiza's headed to Silverstone! Not a problem all weekend

I reckon it's how you keep your car mantained because I'm always on top of everything on the Ibiza and it very rarely lets me down! Even got me to Nurburgring, 4 laps and home with no problems!

Well mines worshipped and serviced in advance of the schedule, so maybe that has something to do with it.

Its only refused to start once and thats when the battery died totally, and i don't count that.
