Hello again you knowledgable gits.
Once again my bloody 'biza has started playing up. It has been running like a dream since I had it put back on the road, serviced and had a new temperature sensor put in.
However today (a bloody friday at 5:30pm of all the times and days it could go wrong) it failed me
I hopped in and turned the key, as per normal. It fired up and cut out instantly. I tried again, giving it some revs... got it up to 5000rpm and it cut out again. It always turns over but cuts out after either removing foot off gas pedal or about 1 second full pelt.
I consult the holy haynes, and it gives the following suggestions -
* Loose or faulty electrical connections (ignition circuit)
* Vacuum leak at throttle body
* Blocked injector/fuel injection system fault.
Now, i cant see any wires around the top of the block that look loose or damaged, all the HT leads are fine. Where would I start on the throttle body?
Advice please? Anybody had same problem??
