tell your mate to delete the thread he wants to send to then start again and make a new message and it will work.. works for me..

good base loose bumpers wheeels and lights very felt spec looking. i would say lower a bit standard bumpers and lights with a set of cupra or fr wheels should sit pritty tidy my mate is running cupra wheels on his mk 1 sits pritty tidy its on coilovers.
