Thats only if material cost £100 quid. If you want it in more mathamatical terms then...

The tool costs X amount of pounds, this cost can be offset again the number of people who want a hose.

Example tool cost £300, 10 want a hose thats £30

Then you just include the material price for making the hose + man hours contructing it.

Therfore if the material price and labour change an a small hose could be no more than £20, or if you had a large hose then obviously the material change and labour is going to be higher.

This is why if anyone can get dimensions of the hoses I can get a rough costing

that is a silly price really for one hose the kit from forge for the other engines is only 100 pounds for 5 hoses i say if we all show interest to forge see if they can put it into production or try the leon cupra hose out if anyone goes down there and see if they will sell it individually

Don't think there is even £100 worth of silicone material in them!!!

GOOD NEWS!!!!!!!! just been off the phone to forge motorsport again! and have been told that they have put the mk4 ibiza cupra turbo kit into production and should be on sale approximatly 4-6 weeks time so keep your eyes peeled for it!

he did not specify which hoses but would of thought the kit will consist of the inlet manifold pipe and the christmas tree induction hose maybe more? but it definatly includes the inlet manifold pipe

Hi all, i've been asking Forge for quite a while regarding an intercooler hose for my 20vt FR and now they say they can put it into production if they have 20 people that are interested. I'll find out more info if this is a kit or just the specific I/C -> inlet manifold hose but let me know if people are interested so that I can get an initial impession of demand...

20 people thats alot i dont think there are 20 peole on this site with the mk4 20vt that would need the hose!

after christmas il be trying the leon cupra innlet manifold silicone hose will keep you updated if it works but if not im interested obviously but as gaz says 20 people arnt going to want to change this pipe i doubt!

and its not like you can ask briskoda members either as it is only specific for the mk4 20vt i recon the lc one will fit personally

trail and error but its worth a shot because i just gotta get rid of my baileys dumpvalve and to do that i need this pipe!
