Er, not really. The turbine engines on helis are similar to jet engines in many respects, but they're not the same. Anyhow, the point I was making was that you should be able to get avtur at most airfields, not just the ones that are big enough to take jet aircraft.

Still don't recommend running a diesel car on it though.
