I was explained by my tuner that they are easier to maintain boost than the dual ones on the beezers . All from his experience of course .
Mine came off the ship that way - dual . And I'm having trouble reaching requested boost .
 
My original and OEM adjustable 2 port one , cannot hold more than 1.1 bar at the most . I'm chipped to 1.3 right now . No leaks . N75 fine etc. etc .
 
That's a hard one :) . . Is it in good shape? How many miles? single port/nipple?
