I havnt posted much about this so i thought i would give you a quick update!

Basicly, i fired her up tonight for the first time since i started the conversion! (was noisey as i need an exhaust gasket!)
Hoping for it to be done tomorrow!

As for price its cost about £1000 plus the toys ive bought like boost controller etc! That £1000 is for, ko4, mani, tip, maf, injectors, air filter, dp, oil pipe that need replacing afew times out of error, all gaskets and bolts! i sold all my old turbo ,tip, dp etc for £700 so cost me around £300 once youve done the maths!

i will be getting pics up once its drivable so you can have a goosey

whats the peak power you hope to gain from this if you don't mind me asking?
 
i have no idea about the power, im changing it again soon to a gt28rs k04 eliminator! ive been in contact with atp and we have sorted a little deal!!

i dont want to hope for figues so i dont get disapointed and figues are only rough anyway!

not sure how the clutch will like it tho!

whiles it been off the road ive done a few other mods too

Stubby drivers mirror,
hieght adjustable passenger seat,
aero wiper on the front,
battery in boot,
apexi avc-r (as mention above) flush in the dash,
stiped all my calipers and disc centres to bare metal and repainted them

my car is in big need of a wash as its covered in dust!

stubby mirror was free! well sort of! done a deal with a lad from this site,he lives in netherlands. i sent him my passenger mmirror and he sent me his! we then both went on the hunt for a replacement passenger mirror! i got mine for £35

is it a k04-001, esentially a k03s? If it isnt i thought the propper k04 doesnt fit propperly as the exit pipes faces the bulkhead or the gearbox?
 
its a proper k04 not a 001 one

not as easy as just changing it for the 023 mani! had to have a custom one made!

just got back from taking it for a spin and it is deadly, no traction in 1st, 2nd, and abit of 3rd but once your going its mad

will get pics up once i get a min!

on revo stge 2 at the min but ive a few things to sort out map wise, still not got the avcr connected and thats ment to make a difference!

need to sort timing and boost setting as they are pretty low at the mo!

gonna do sum logs when i get a min to see what i can find!

Ahh ok so do you think it was worth all the hassle in the end i no its taken you ages but sounds like the gains have been good :)

you have to make sure you get it rolling roaded mate before you move onto your new gt28rs kit ;)
 
why you say that mork? in theory as long as hes running the same basic spec as say a LCR shouldnt it all run fine? or has he kept the ibiza ECU and running stage 2 ibiza code...would it be possible to run a leon ECU or not that easy, i doubt it but hey if u dont ask and all that!

why you say that mork? in theory as long as hes running the same basic spec as say a LCR shouldnt it all run fine? or has he kept the ibiza ECU and running stage 2 ibiza code...would it be possible to run a leon ECU or not that easy, i doubt it but hey if u dont ask and all that!

because the injector timing for an Ibiza code may well be totally different to that of an LCR - so it could be running rich, or maybe totally lean

I don't know, and because of that - I'd want a wide band on it.
