should this be connected?

was looking around my engine bay and found the bright green bit which looks like a connector thats not connected, it just below the ait intake and rad bottle

Mines the same. I actually thought something had dropped down there (like a fuse or something). Haven't got a clue what it is. I don't think it's any cause for concern, though.
