As above says, has anyone got the graphs from after remapping there LCR! Been searching for ages but only found 1 from an LC?
Remaps on these cars are nuts?? From what i can see most of the Ph-1 maps from most company's are similar except the company's quote different figures! (and prices??) I.e p-torque is cheap and says a 40bhp increase which going by most peoples rolling road figures of around 250-260 is pretty spot on, but custom-code say 270-275 (is this on a standard car or modified??) with a nice smooth performance curve (same as p-torque say) then you have AmD, APR, Revo etc

When i had my evo it was simple, find a tuner and ECUTEC it! Or buy a new ecu and get it remapped! Done! ECUTEC just like most of the maps above is a generic map uploaded onto your cars existing ecu, power was more or less determined by what mods you had, and I'm not talking about a weedy panel filter or a cat-back exhaust, which to be honest ain't going to do much. You would need a system from down-pipe or turbo-elbo all the way through to get any real gain imo?
Plus why are remap prices so different? Must be a reason? But without graphs how can you tell? Has anyone ever done an in depth comparison on maps? Road tests etc?
Thing is you can't really go by what a customer say's, they are always going to say there's is the best as they will notice some sort of improvement over the standard car and think OMG! This is NUTS!
Plus they have not driven all of them! Or am i wrong is there someone on here that has???
All i want is a replacement DV maybe a panel filter then map it, i don't want a crazy rush of power as i love how the car drives at the moment and just want a bit more progressive usable power and to maintain the efficiency of the engine (not when i boot it lol
)
Hellllllllllpppppppp
