Surrey darling...
TBH I like the standard lights and cant see why they would need changing! To pick out of the 2 links though I'd say the first ones although I think they'd look better on a silver or yellow car...

They don't need changing it's just a preference. I personally think the standard red is too bright and looks better darker. Suits the silver, black, yellow or platinum more if you have darker tints, wheels, repeaters etc... The super bright red goes with nothing else on the car. :)

I know it's just a matter of opinion mate but my point was that in my opinion I don't think the red looks out of place on any colour Leon... I can see why people may want to change lights if they had orange repeaters but in the case of the leon the red and white/clear is fine! I think the back of a black leon with black lights would end up looking bulky and would need something to break it up a bit...

As for the red, well if you have an LCR I think you'll find it matches the Brembos and rear callipers quite nicely ;)

all IMHO of course

Of the two i think the first (lightkings) ones would look better on a black leon, otherwise it could indeed end up looking to much black...

due to me working in halfords, i got 1 of the part lads (who mix the paint as you wait), to put some black candy paint (it's see through) with some clear lacquer and used that, it took me and my missus about 2 hours to pull all 4 lamps clusters out, strip the old paint off ( i was a bit over zelous with the gloss black the day before, so much so, you couldn't see the side lights in the day) and prep and paint them.
