i have a ibiza tdi sport 03
please can anyone tell me what wheels will fit from other makes of car and what my PCD is
i am looking for 6.5 x 16 or 7.x 16

cheers for that but does any other alloys fit off different makes of car ie which noes are 100/5 pcd

Anything from the Mk4 Golf platform, i.e. previous TT, A3, Mk1 Leon, Fabia, Mk1 Octy, etc should fit.

Or if in doubt, just get replicas. ;)

ive just won some 5 spoke audi A3 alloys off ebay £88 for 5
im gonna try fitting 205/50 x 16 tyres to them
the ride will be a lot less harsh than the 205 /40 x 17 that ive got now

Go 205/45/16, same as on the sports, 50 profile will look hideously large on a small car!

the biggest rim you can safely fit is a 7.5x17. Chances are if you've bought some wheels from an A3 they will be 8x17, I'd be worried they won't fit without catching.

does anyone know what the offset is for the mk4 ibiza cupra??? am after a set of wheels (eventually) for mine and want to make sure they come in the right size

I can't remember off the top of my head, but it's stamped on the back of each wheel. It should say ET?? on there...

hi could anyone tell me if 2008 SEAT Leon FR alloys wheels would be able to fit on my 2003 seat ibiza 1.2s as i really like the wheels but not sure on the fitment.
any help most appreciated
thanks bobby

No, 8s will fit fine as long as you arent silly with tyres. use a 215/40 max and it will be fine. A 205/40 or 45 would be perfect.

The reason I know this is cos Ive got 8x18s with 215/35s with no scrub and standard arches on -45mm suspension.

Bullshit, its all about the ET. Im running 8x17 and they dont scratch at all. Got car lowered -35mm from front and back. I'd say 8" is the max at front without changes to arches and 8.5" at back without changes to arch. :p
