I had a fto before i brought the cupra.mine was a 2.0l v6 mivec,running about 200bhp standard and it was also manual.
And i can tell you that the fto pulls away and goes much quicker than my cupra at the moment.
With the induction kit fitted,they totally change the roar and sounds lovely as its a v6 and sounds even better when the mivec kicks in.i dont think mine was slow,pissed over alot of cars with it.

And im only 22,was only 21 when i brought this and got insured and the insurance wasnt to bad for me
Do miss it but needed a more pratical car

Just found a quick vid of me driving the fto,not totally booting it as the road is crap as you can see by the vid but you can hear the roar from the induction
