Why are Dealers always SO ARSEY on the phone, yet it costs you a bum raping every time you go.
Im gonna give someone a hellova lot of grief on monday after the phonecall I had yesterday..
ok.. all done and dusted, dealer sorted me a courtesy car.. so im not gonna slate them, although I did have to snarl at them a few days ago to pull their finger out and get it sorted, car is now back home , fully serviced and all done with a smile, too

The ones up at Wolverhampton, Birmingham Seat, Listers at Cov and GDT in Kenilworth.
Now I'm guessing that you don't know about the Kenilworth mob so they are out of the picture. Listers generally ask you if you want a car to use when you book in so it wasn't them. You wouldn't have gone near Birmingham Seat with your pride and joy so that leaves the Wolves Seat dealership.
Oh, yes, ...after my original mk4 was threatened to have been parked in their showroom via a plate glass window after a few minor problems just after I purchased it, i *think* they remember me...
