Ko4 Mk3 Ibiza Downpipe

Looking for someone who can provide the following really:

A decent quality downpipe for a mk3 Ibiza running a std. TT mainfold and Ko4-023.

Also anyone who can tell me if the TT boost pipe (one that goes round the drivers side) will fit under the bonnet!?

it will have to be a custom jobbie one , unless you buy my hybrid k04 , which will bolt onto the standard downpipe , and standard manifold

im not sure if hooch bought his of someone on here , or had it made up , as he had a k04 that he sold to me , the downpipe was a nice bit of kit , where are u located

hooch bought my downpipe originally, someone on vortex makes a k04 to k03 downpipe convertor, or qpeng do one without cat for a mk2/3 golf which might fit, when fitting the k04 , i fitted mine to our original over the cam cover pipe, no problems.

I have the qpeng 2.5inch downpipe for mk2 golf fitted on my k04 ibiza it requires modifying to fit (cut a section out and re angle it) but was essentially a bargain as long as you can tig weld or know someone that can. If i did the conversion again tho i would buy the flange and assorted straights and elbows and do it myself! Hope this helps

Reading in Berkshire mate,

Qpeng item sounds promising, welding and re-anleing shouldnt be to much of a problem, is it one cut and re-weld, or more of a challenge than that!?

if you get the right qpeng one it fits stright on with a tweek! trust me i know of 3 ibizas with them on

i had your one t18con but i didnt like it plus it was full of crack. had a stainless one made

That just about sums up how good luck fails me everytime! when i had it on before welding it was pushing the gear cables against the passenger side of the exhaust tunnel. I could have ran it like that but it would knock like mad. Everytime i go to work on a car its 10 times more of a mission when i own it lol. Whichever way you look at it, tis a good bit of kit and good customer service from qpeng!
