Hey have you seen that VAG place on the Victoria industrial estate opposite the Post office depot? I only noticed it the other day, can't find anything online about it being there, do they just sell parts do you know?
Don't know about the blue ones, but their "50% brighter" bulbs are pretty good (and are BOGOF in my local Halfrauds).
I suppose I'm quite rare as I wanted improved headlights WITHOUT going down the xenon route. I had factory-fitted std xenons on my old Clio and had "issues" with their reliability. In the end it was going to cost me £££££ to replce the driver's side unit despite the car being within warranty...
Anyway, to cut a long story short I've got some Philips Xtreme bulbs on order for the Ibiza - supposed to be 80% brighter than normal bumbs and are 4000k colour. £24 a pair on ebay. Probably the best solution without going to the hassle of xenons IMO.

I went the old school route, stuck a set of 100W halogens in for main beam! is pleanty birght enough now! 
yep just a vag parts dept for BRIGHTON perfect just down the road its also really handy as its open till 6PM!!! so when i lost my coilpack virginaty the other day i went down there and they had a genuine vag coilpack on the shelf for £19
running on 3 cylinders was scary! i CR4PPED myself!when this harness decides to turn up i will have before and after shots!

yes I should have purchached some cupra rear lights instead as mine are too illegal tinted black!
Now that VAG place is there I'm goin to end up buying them sooner rather than later though, saves driving to Haywards Heath to pick stuff up from now on!

Wish I hadn't ordered off them if I knew this was gonna happen! Oh well should be here soon, they never told me anything was wrongwith the delivery I forgot about it then I asked what was goin on and I got no response!! They have now contacted me and said it should be here tomorrow but we will see.
not your fault,apparently they had a problems with the delivery of them so they couldn't post them out, I think we should get some money back of something extra thrown in for free!
FINALLY got the harness today even thought they said Tuesday, they should really give us some money back for the MONTH long delay! Will have a go at fitting these, look quite complicated though?! Rash you got your today?

I haven't left feedback yet that's a good point, don't know if he will leave bad feedback for me but how can he I paid him on 30th November!! I may have a go at fitting tommorow, probably in the garage with this crap weather. I've had better sidelight in for a while too. I'm not brilliant at fitting things it usually involves shouting and hours of work but I get there i the end. Then I'll take it to a garage and get them to alline the lights and tell me if it would fail an MOT in the future!What gauges did you get?
Just got a set of Philips 80% Brighter bulbs............ and what a difference! HIDS are are a waste of money compared to these puppies. Got an entire front replacement set and was a as follows,,,,
High beam = H1
Dipped= H7
Sides = 501
and thats a 2002 antique model.....

I've already replaced the bulbs on my car but still have got the HIDs, I will make judgement when they are fitted today hopefully, yes I am on here at 4am, I'm working nights!
LoL - Thats laughable. You've clearly never seen a car with HID's or your slightly exagerating
bulbs wont get you the xennon effect LETS BE HONEST il be doing before and after pics when i get my car back so every1 can see the diffrence between stock and custom kit should be next week sometime maybe aimez will get it done first tho!
