4wd???

The fuel tank isnt too much of an issue mate, I have a 4mo! Its not as deep as the normal Golf, but thats nothing to do with the fuel tank either, its the Haldex which gets in the way. The standard Golf boot isnt a patch on the Leon boot either btw.

At the end of the day the guy asked about 4WD, and hopefully he's getting some decent advice, not just opinions.

personally for me if you got a 4wd leon leave it LHD

easier to drive in my eyes - more exclusive and saves a shed load of work

would be much better off with decent brakes/suspension/gearbox and diff that way you wouldnt need 4wd anyway

Surely the best way to do this would be to buy a LHD leon from europe and convert it RHD. Then swap whatever modifications you want from the leon you have now and sell it as near to standard as you can. It would quite a big job but must be far less work than changing the underneath of a RHD one!!
