FR Badges ?

Hi,

I have an 05 FR and the red on the side badges is almosy pink due to fading, is this a common problem with these ?

How much do seat sell them for ?

Yes very common! Happened to my 05 FR. They sell for around £8 each iirc.

Dealer said he wouldnt replace under warrenty, however, i got them free with a service...

Guess it saved me a few quid!

Ted Johnson I was quoted £6.32 +VAT the other day. Just watch out on ebay as half of them aren't genuine badges and are plastic with a sticker, but they are 99p after all

Just had my car in the dealers and asked about the badges.

Said they would order new ones under warranty, then called me later telling me my car did not come with side badges and asked if i had stuck them on ????!!!!!!

I told them all FRs have them on the side until the new bumpers came out.

Guy said he would speak to Seat.

Hmm sounds like stupid ass dealers knowing nothing about the model.

You had two FR badges one either side of the B pillar.

Stupid ass seat.. should be under warrenty mind

my 07 plate did not even come with Fr badges on the rear or on the b pillar but then again i would have took them off anyway lol

The facelift models should could with one badge on the back

Yeah, hense my last post of the facelift model comes with just one on the back, like yours mate
