Not a clue mate. Not even sure on how to set them to be fair. i know its done using the adjuster on the top of the strut but how do you know what setting its on?

You can't really now you've fitted them. But when they are off, you push down on the shockers and twist the thing on the top. You then work out how soft they are as to how quick the shocker opens up again. You have to take the back shocks off to adjust them now but the front are adjustable from the top of the struts. Just pop the cap off. I lost one of mine down the engine bay.

Ah bollocks. Well to be fair backs arent a problem. Can have them off in 5 minutes. Had to do it last night as i'd forgotten to tighten the two bolts on the top of the shocks. Pretty happy with them so far. Just a case of setting damping now. Which setting is the hardest?

1 is hard and 6 is soft. I've got the front's set to 2 and the rear's set to 6 (as no one ever uses the back - the car 95% of the time only has me in). Anything softer than 2 and I found the front end was very bouncy. The thing should click as your turn it round. Hold the bottom bit of the knob and twist the top of the knob. Otherwise it might not click. You'll know if you set it to it's softest setting as it just bounces everywhere!

Few more pictures....

Not a clue still mate. Your best bet is ask Ibiza 130 tdi as he knows. ride height is blatantly obvious once you see them and if the mechanic cant work it out then i wouldnt be trusting him with my car.

Today i had a drive out to T-sparks place to try and get his car running again (boost pipe with no lugs left on it).
After 3 attempts and a couple of big black smoke clouds later we finally got the pipe to stay in using a variety of different jubilee clips and cable ties (top bodge).
Having fixed it we decided to go out for a ride with Danny (VRS owner) and get some pictures, so here goes...

After going for a ride out the other day with sparky and danny i decided that i really wanted a mufflerectomy. Loved the sound. So i booked it in for 10.00 the next day.
Well heres a picture of it. Not very good but its the only one i have.

For us who don't drive dervs and can't be arsed searching whats a mufflerectomy?
Is it a simple case of a box'less system?
