At the start of the year they lost the service book.

Many calls and visits in passing later and still no sign of it or a replacement and never seem to be able to return calls.

Other issues also outstanding on another vehicle. Will post about that one day but giving them the benefit of the doubt over it at the moment.
 
Fair comment - was just reading about how the staff weren't given any notice, and may not get a redundancy payout - that really sucks. Hopefully someone will buy the dealerships/sites so some may get rehired.

day before pay day too which sucks but then think if you were running a business with say 3/4 branches and 70 odd staff due a months full wage - a hell of a lot of money to save and hide before the administrators move in :rolleyes:
 
... and still taking peoples deposits for cars they knew they would never complete the deal on only the day before.

Some w4nker management in that Amethyst group.
