Fitted my FMIC today what you think

matt s yeah my mud guards are e-bay ones just flat plastic ones but look cool and only needed self tapin screws to fit really easy. also my intercooler is a intercooler king one it has bigger inlet an outlet 2.5" and had to make the kit up my self cost a little over 200 quid but i only got it cause i bought the hoses before they made this kit up ...

mine is 2.5 inlet/outlet to mate 63.5mm most of the coolers are that size

Any chance of listing what samco hoses you needed and what sizes you cut pipes to etc etc

Just a rough guide as this looks way better than the universel ones for £200 on ebay

jj arosa yeah i was on about the uni kit from ebay its only 57mm inlet an outlet but the ths an mine is 63mm so should bet a bit more flow through the system being bigger bore...

mate i used x2 135deg x2 90deg x1 45deg and 1.5meter of alloy pipe about 2.5mm thick all the hoses are 63mm id..

had my car remapped to boy so il be waving at you ha ha much much quicker than what it was, even the tuner said it went well for a ko3's

power means nothing asin rolling road results. the tuner told me that.

i need a new maf meter and it will be tip top

tuner said it will be a honest 230 - 240 it made that with out the remap on the rollers but he said rollers mean nothing and they very so much

they just pull off mate start and one end and pull it off.

and this is all you need to fit? have you got any photos of the way the pipes run to the intercooler? cheers.

ah ok, the only thing with the kit (as 100's of people have pointed out before) is the pipe running underneatrh really low. gd price intercooler though.
