By the way did you specify that you wanted the mirrors black as an option or what as they're normally silver right?

Yup, they are normally silver. Had to do the same as with the wheels, order FR with standard silver wing mirror covers and then get them changed to black at the dealer.

Only down side is the huge box of standard kit I have got left over, alloys, wing mirror covers and front grille.

But would I do it again, yeah course I would, just look at it.

Have fun keeping the white clean, I end up washing bits time and time again just to keep it looking perfect. Think I might have SEAT OCD

I know what you mean!?!?!?!?! Washed once a week every week minimum, whatever the weather, neighbours lookin at me strangely washing car in rain, but can't help me self.

But I have to say that white seems to stay lookin clean for much longer than I thought it would, it's the black alloys that seem to look dirty very quickly, maybe thats because they have a gloss finish, but the gloss finish does make them easier to clean.

not sure if the mirrors fold back using the remote. i know mine does not. have to turn the switch on centre console before getting out. would be handy to know the trick if there is one?

enjoy!

Dave, when you go to lock the car, press the lock button on the remote and keep it pressed for a few seconds till the mirrors begin to move. This will also close the windows if open and the sunroof if you have that too..........

Another point to note Dave, about the mirror switch "inside the car" if it is in the centre position then the heating elements are on continuous. Best left in either left or right position. Also if its in the right position it will adjust both mirrors at the same time when moving the toggle (up/down etc) in the left position only the left will adjust........ Good luck

Dam thats a lovely example, I want to change my black to a nice candy white one :)

You know you want to get the lower middle part of the front bumper done in black, you know it's the way forward :) Cupra looking or not that isn't a bad thing.

thanks for that to. I thought that having switch in the centre was when selected on dash it would de mist/ice the mirrors? but if it stays in all the time then will just have to leave switch to the L position.

Thanks again

Already had the bumper behind the front number plate painted black, should be white on std FR, never thought about the very bottom of the grille, good idea.
No harm in taking styling cues from the Cupra, good to custom your car to your tastes.
