Wouldn't a thicker rear than front ARB promote lift-off oversteer? That's why Eibach do 25mm front and rear, for neutral handling. Just wondering like?
I have a 28mm rear ARB. They don't do a 28mm front and even if they did I think it would be too stiff for the front but for the back its ace.Wouldn't a thicker rear than front ARB promote lift-off oversteer? That's why Eibach do 25mm front and rear, for neutral handling. Just wondering like?
But by combatting understeer you can promote oversteer.iv heard the thicker rear arb is used to combat understeer...
Aye, not as busy as you'll be with your bitsNice collection of parts you've got there, that'll keep you busy for a wee while![]()

Yes but if the rear end is stiffer than the front you get oversteer.
Hopefully the 2mm thinner bar will help to stop thisas on mine, 25mm front, 28mm rear which makes it oversteer sometimes when cornering hard

You should be going that fast on a public road that back end would step out anyway!!!![]()
Na Rob, don't think your correct here TBH.even thinner front will make it worse! Wouldn't be fun if the back steps out on a greasy road and you hit another car.
