Ibiza max/min tyre sizes

In the next couple of weeks I should be getting a Ibiza 1.9 TDI PD 130 Sport which is standard.

Now, I was wandering what are the max/min tyre sizes that will fit on the Standard 16 Rims? Without rubbing, without being unable to get full lock, without modification, and to be legal!

Will a 215/40 fit?
What about 215/45?

I guess min = 195/40?
