LCR Inlet Manifold injector seats.

On the LCR inlet manifold were the injectors go threw the Mani there is 4 supporting bits of plastic to hold them in place does anyone know if they come out as I'm having it powdercoated any they will melt in the oven

Yep, or a bolt with a head the right size, and two nuts locked together on the thread...

You wont get them out i had to burn mine out and then clean the threads up, be very carefull with the treads.

Can you not just bung them as surely if getting it powder coated gonna end up scraping it out to get them to fit again??

You wont get them out i had to burn mine out and then clean the threads up, be very careful with the treads.

As said previously they bond them selves in you will not get them out in one piece i had a bolt made to fit them and using a 240v drill could not budge them, hence having to burn them out, and then buying a new set.
