I just spotted this and wondered if anyone had done this and had any pics?

My CD changer is refusing to play any CD's, it just says CD Error for everything I try. In time I'd like to replace the Aura head-unit and may as well remove the changer and create some space in the glove box.

I had a little search but couldn't find any pictures.

#18 if it helps any  used to have a collection of 20 odd using em as nut n bolt boxes :)

If you get chance take some pics whilst doing it, i'd be interesting in doing mine to.

Replacing the sleeve?

Stage 1 Pull of the plastic surround, remove the 2 screws, pull out the changer, disconnect it.
Stage 2 Put in sleeve, put in the 2 screws you removed in stage 1, replace the surround.

Ooh i'd like to do this too. CD changer has been disconnected for about a year :D Don't think I can fit any more receipts/chewing gum packets/broken CD cases/random cables in the hole I have there...

When i install the new lining (when i buy it) will it just fill the gap where the CD Changer use to be?
So you will still have that divider that was to the right side of the CD changer unit?

If any one has time please could they take a Pic for every one to see?

Thanks for your time.
