Horns on the blink

I peeped my horn at my mate the night and noticed its very high pitched like its only one tone instead of the 2

Anyone else had any problems with there horns???

Anyone know what price they are new to replace???

I got exactly the same problem mate. From SEAT they are £90 so better off getting them either 2nd hand or some PIAA horns off ebay.

Most car part shop's should sell them, they are nothing special.

mines aswell it use to make a noise like was been strangled and its dead now!bout a tenner in halfords but i cant find th bloody thing!think its in the passenger side of the car behind bumper.dont want to take the bumper of though so im assumeing it gona need jacking up.or anybody got any tips?

I really want the same kind of pitched tone, the ones from halfords sound like ice cream vans lol

The deep load standard ones sound a lot better but no danger am I paying £90 for one lol

I take it its a dealer only part???

I take it they are all the same over the whole VW/Audi/SEAT range

can fail your MOT for no horn...

Apparently, they also go wrong if you do not use them very often. So give them a good took from time to time...
