Thats ok then. Ive had to wait 12 weeks or more for new golfs in the past too. Just hope I can get somewhere near 10k for mine. Think I will order one tomorrow

I'm the guy with the 1.9 SC that was riding high.
I didnt consider the suspension on the SC to be 'bone-shaking' at all. It rides over bumps with hardly a dull thud, even with the pro-sport Eibach springs....
Mind you, I am coming from a Smart ForFour Brabus which I owned for 3 years. Now, that is what I call 'bone-shaking', & everytime I went over a pothole, the rims had to be beat out! Those low profile tyres may look cool, but on todays roads I'd rather have the SC setup & not have to spend my time driving watching out for pot-holes!

Yah....but my tyre guy says the Brabus wheels are a quality product. He managed to straighten the original wheels every time long after an aftermarket replacement would have cracked!

Well, I spoke to my dealer today and he said we're looking at 12 weeks for the sc sport. so their original hope of getting them through the factory quicker looks unfounded. I have a question tho, is twelve weeks from order to me having the car? or from my order to the car being built 9+2weeksish shipping etc??

Well I have been driving around in my Ibiza sport demonstrator all evening. I love it!! It drives far better than my leon. I will try and order one tomorow. One more question.... do all SC sports have the white/light grey sections on the dashboard, along with matching inserts in the door linings? I have noticed they are shown as black in the brochure.

Tinted windows
Folding mirrors
looks like a 12 week lead time

I dropped the tinted windows today. I realised that they were the rear windows only, and on a black car it would have made it look like a van lol
