The fluid also attacks the seals in your brakes , when your fluid is dirty it also contains bits of debris that will start to damage the seals in the system , from master cylinder to piston seals , so its always best to flush through and have the fluid changed when scheduelled.

Booked mines in for its second service today at Star Performance , oil change and brake fluid he said so it must be right :)

Sounds nice n cheap.Hope it's a good thorough job 4 ya.They should use genuine parts or warranty's void.Or maybe not an issue for you.

Star Performance is a VAG Indie and having been in their workshop and used them a few times I can attest that they do use genuine parts.

Would save me well in excess of £250 so worth travelling a bit if need be.Been quoted £345 at local Seat garage + £50 odd extra for brake fluid change.

They said today that they can cut cost to £240 all in for me including brake fluid change when I mentioned what you guys were saying on here.
Still not as cheap as Starperformance though.

Star Performance is in Kircaldy fife Scotland so it would be a wee bit of a run for you Al . I have no worries about taking my car there as they come highly recommended and are a approved Audi, VW, Seat service agent who use genuine parts. Also they will come and collect your car from your house, work etc and return it to you when it is ready:) top service or what ;)
