Alright guys, stripeed out my rear seats today. I have also removed rear cards and carpet.
I was just wondering if any one could post some pics up so that i could get an idea of what to do with the rear side panels.
I was thinking about getting the inside painted, what do people think?

some light mdf cut to the rite size and then some fake leather and will look spot on

but if you think that is to much weight then deffonatly spray it

This is how you need it (would have taken out carpets as well if I was keeping it like that):

Looks good striped but the only thing is id be inclined to move the cd changer to a more hidden place being on show in the back like that is just asking for a smash and grab job really...

hmmm i was thinkin of doin this does it actually make a difference? is it really that much weight?

hmmmm maybe a gd idea, did u notice anything much improved mpg accelaration? or am i aiming to high with this one lol

Acceleration, cornering, mpg will all be improved it goes like a bleeden go kart!! Just watch it round the corners as it's a lot lighter at the rear and bounces a bit too if you push it!

All the above.

But bare in mind road noise is vastly increased to ;) hearing every stone etc etc.

Im going to leave mine bare and get it painted, going to paint the spare wheel well to. i like the look of the steel with the black paint.

stripped most of the rear out of mine an ye can feel a little difference i give it the :)
