dump valves

im looking at buying a dump valve
for my 1.8t leon (AUQ)


which valve should i go for

i got a foge type rs and has worked great against the turbo lag. lots of people recommend the forge 007. what ever you do get make sure its a recirculating rather than blow off as from what i have the AUQ dont take too well to them for some reason
