Rear calipers; wind back?

Quick q. My rear calipers on my 2.0 8v appear to be seized. Before I damage anything, are they wind back or push back?

On mine i had to wind and push at the same time to get it in.

Yeah they are wind back on the rears.
Don't fancy trying to do mine this time, as last time they took bloody ages!!

think the wind back tool kits are getting cheaper, if your doing it regulary its a good kit to have and they cover most stuff, Vag, Ford, bmw Mini. takes seconds
