How do you adjust the rear ARB ??

As the man say's Daz, think if you move it to the hole nearest the front of the car that make's it on the hard settting. I'm on the middle/medium hole you can just see the other hole in the pic, this woulkd be the soft setting!correct me if i'm wrong people.

Undo it and change which hole its bolted into , if its like the Ibiza ARB then there will be 3 different settings (holes) soft, medium and hard

Looks good wayne , good to see your finally modding

Ay! Although i think progress may be halted for a while now Andy as i have a service and cambelt due. Plus getting close to needing four new tyres so i'll finally ditch the P-zero's. I'm half expecting to hear that my front discs don't have alot left in them on the service too!:help:

Where the drop links are ???

Yeh if you look at the picture , see the hole at the end of the bar, that should be the Hard Setting ,correct me if im wrong as im not a lcr owner

so waynes currently got it on Medium ( Wimp ) :cartman:

Sorry to crash the chat but the droplinks would need moving to the holes towards the front of the car to make it stiffer (as I have it running on my Mk4 Ibiza). I started on medium (middle holes) but soon changed to stiffest setting. Just having the bar makes a massive difference on the Ibiza and its probably the same on the Leon! :)

like i said mate, it's wet so haven't really experemented with the handling. The car does genrally feel alot nicer to drive though now! I'll update with an overall opinion when ive lived with it for a bit.

I'm liking your car mate. I was going for black originally but ended up with Platinum grey. There's just something about black cars!

A very nice car indeed, the after pictures from the detail are stunning. It goes to show what some hard work can do.

I'm interested to hear your thoughts on the ARB once you've had some more time behind the wheel as It's something i am looking to do my self. IMO ARB's should be uprated before the suspension is uprated.

Keep up the goood work and keep us posted.

I've had the ARB on a while now and i said i'd post my opinion ofter i'd lived with it for a bit. For all who are intrested it's a 25mm bar on medium setting. I was going to change the settings and have a play around but it just feels perfect on medium. At first the rear of the car felt much tighter than the front, so i thought settting it on soft would still give me all the benifits but with a more OEM feel. I deceided against this though as you still get some understeer on medium but only enough to warn you that if you keep pushing it this will turn into oversteer (i'd imagine on soft your still going to get the understeer i'm trying to cure). This was perfect for me as setting it on hard i would imagine you would lose the understeer warning and just get straight out oversteer, for me this wouldn't be good. Hope this helps anyone thinking about getting a bar.
