At present my leon 2.0 tfsi is Revo stge 1 , milteck catback , panel filter and Forge DV . I am now looking into getting the turbo back section of milly . What sort of gains have you lads found doing this ? ps i ve been searching forum with out finding the answer .
 
sport, fr or cupra?

i know cupras go too about 325bhp with revo2 and milly but not sure about sport and fr, would think 250ish but get revo 2 to make the most of it.

ah letchworth... thats just up the road from me! 260 seems a bit ambitious with just stage 1... i would be expecting 240hp from my fr stg 1 bluefin.... from revo 250.... but a 60hp gain from standard just seems a little high....

will you be getting a sportscat aswell coz i know that ls probably the limiting factor when it comes to hp and changing the exhaust system

milly 3" downpipes are all fitted with sportcats 200cell i think.
 
oh right i see.... so they might give a gain of what 10hp? would you say? if so i would say his car would be at probably 260hp after the downpipe etc
 
I had stge1 done over at The TT shop in Bedford , the tuners figs came out at 260 but like yourselves i was a little surprised , but i am well impressed with power gains . I intend fitting a sports cat and look at stge 2 .
 
no he will be looking at 250-260ish with full milltek tbe and revo 2, if he adds a intake hpfp and an ic he might see 280.

so you only get 10-20hpish from stage 2 on a KO3 turbod car? with air filter, hpfp, turbo back exhaust and sportscat ?

considering 240hp should be acheivable stg1 ... all that money for max20hp more :confused: hardly worth it?

ok with revo1 i think youd see 235-240ish

revo2 with full tbe 250ish

revo2+ with hpfp, intake(not air filter using oem intake) and an intercooler prob 280ish im no expert on the k03 varient of the 2.0tfsi though. Im no expert on the k04 either lol.

hpfp, dp, and itg will make your mapped car feel like its been mapped again :D

yep which is the reason i spent the extra couple ok grand on the cupra knowing its potential and also knowing i wouldnt be able to stop myself from throwing money at it :lol:.
 
i was sure that stage 2+ on an FR would be 280HP with all the right bits and bobs! i mean if people are getting 10-20 hp with just an ITG surely 250hp with stage 2 is a low estimation?

i was only quoting revo2 with a milltek tbe though, yeh it would be more with the itg fitted like 270ish.

with revo you can adjust the maps according to your specs, I dont think you can with bluefin. When I had my ITG it did feel beter to drive, but its not till I had my settings adjusted that I got the full potential from it
