4 torx bolts along the top, 4 torx screws in each arch liner.
Then you need to remove the bumpstrip, get a screwdriver behind it and it clips off.
Then there's 2 torx bolts behind there. And then a torx bolt in the little cover/hole on the right and a torx screw on the tow eye hole cover.
Don't forget to unplug the fogs too.

Just be sure to remove your plate off the bumper before pulling on the strip....

How do you refit the bumper properly?
I have had mine off a few times with the laguna FMIC too, and never had to back on without having a big gap inbetween the bumper and the lights/arch.

do you mean that the headlight does not go flush with the front wing

No the bumper doesn't sit flush with the light and wing
only thing that could think is that your intercooler is touching the inside of the bumper have you cut any of the bumper plastic out??. as i know i had to take a fair bit out when i put my intercooler on
Nah I don't think it's that. I did cut off some and it fits fine that way, it's vertically it doesn't fit well. When putting the bumper on, which groove do you slide the side bits into?
I might just take it off and have a right good go at it sometime...
not sure which it track it goes on to all i do is when i hook the top trim tha goes aroound to bonnet release catch i just straighten the bumper to how it fits and then push the corner where the little triagngle is on the top of the bumper and push into the track other than that im not sure bit of a mystery why yours is not fitting right.
I struggled to line it up the 1st 2nd and third time lol

Depends what ones your after. there all torx bolts.
Off the top of my head ones down the arches are T25
The ones under the bonnet at the front are T35
The ones behind the circle covers are also T35 IIRC...

If so mine is the same i couldnt get it to fit as flush as it did before you can kinda see here.
Thanks mate, it was the ones when you open the bonnet on top. Car failed its MOT on side light out, which i knew about, and the registration plate bulbs. Anyone know the sizes or type of the reg bulbs?

i'm worried about changing my front bumper now as my mate just fitted his new cupra bumper and cant get it to line up properly. how long does it take to fully remove the bumper anyone?
