i have taken my origional cd player out of my ibiza and put my new kenwood cd player in but ive noticed that it will not save any of the settings, could it be anything to do with the car or wiring??

you need to change the wiring instead of the wires being red to red yellow to yellow they need to be red to yellow and yellow to red hope this helps if you know what i mean

As stated already - it's the ignition live and the permanant live that need swapping.

Normally on an aftermarket stereo the two lives have bullet connectors so you can just swap them over without messing around with the multi plugs.
