Went out today with my bf for a shot of his new car as he has kindly put me on the insurance I really liked it, but it's just not a Leon!
Then we ended up going out for a drive with his Dad's new car, and ended up getting a good shot when a Steam Engine came past!
I know these aren't a SEAT but at least they are VAGs!

I know, we went all the way to Carluke to get my bf's one (the platinum one), which was a 340 mile round trip, twice!
And the Mk6 GTI is his dad's which I apsolutely love! Wish it was mine lol
Yeah they go pretty quick too. Would like one like your bf next but think i will be buying my 225r next year now.
The GTI is 207bhp.
Yeah, its a nice bodykit, I haven't seen much of them going about but maybe thats just me! Its the Caractere RS kit, and its got rep bbs ch 18s, which if I get my way WILL be on my cupra lol

Yeah, I just love them. They are only 4 months old and theres a small kerb on the front n/s so Im getting it refurbed for him. Im a perfectionist when it comes to cars, want them to be perfect lol. Decided on what colour to get your rs4s done in? Anthracite looks great imo

Don't think i am going to bother now tho spending to much on it tbh. LCR next year for me,would rather get one of those then spend money on that
I totally agree with you Wayne, Im trying not to spend money on my one as really want a LCR. So must start saving!
Nipped down to Polished Bliss last night and ended up buying a fair few products, so decided to try them out today as Im on holiday from work.
This is the jist of what I bought:
So first step was a wash, using my new foam lance. Living on a farm makes it harder to keep your car clean, so I think I will benefit from this in the long run, especially using it as a pre-wash. I used Meguiar's Hyper Wash for this.
Next up, was to try and remove the tar from the paint, mostly on the tailgate and back bumper. For this I used Autosmart Tardis. Notice in the second pic the tar, although most of you will probably first notice I have lost the 'a' from my cupra badge. I have a new Ibiza mk4 'C U P R A' badge on order.
Then it was down to business!
Decided to take out seats and give the runners ect a good clean.
Gave the exhaust a clean using Autosol.

After that, I masked off all trims.
Then I gave it a quick polish, using Turtle Wax Colour Plus in Red.
Finally, a wax. Never done a wax before either, for this I used Raceglaze Signature Series '55' Natural Carnauba Wax.
So, the results!
