so recently at idle when sitting there, it will misfire/jump, i thought it was the hole in the exhaust, got that welded up, still does it

i don't know what it can be, plugs/leads/coil were changed about 5months ago (when coil went) and did a service while i was at it, so changed oil (clean the K&N panel filter)

any help would be excellent

thanks in advance

well i was going to swap over my spare TB today, but can't even do it tomorrow, so will have to be monday, i thought it might be the pipes coming off the TB, maybe get some silicone malarky's?

thanks john :)

yeah that's a great word to describe it, hunting mate, i think you might be right about the pipes around that area, as when my TPS went, i did notice the pipe to be a bit sh!tty

will order some silicone tubing now :D thanks

i just had a look now, it is kinda frayed from the one that goes from TB to airbox, but the one that goes from TB to ECU is badly frayed (the fabric) but the rubber underneath looks average, but the cloth has come off, so i will definitely order some in :)

hey mate, i used the wrong word, its more of a hunting type, and gtikezz had a problem similar to this, but i couldn't remember the cause, but found it now i think

it's the vac hoses on the TB, it only happens on idle when standstill, otherwise the engine is perfect!
