No idea how my intercooler kit fits together

This side (the cold side) seems to stick out to far tho??? I'm pretty sure that's rite tho?

you put the post up to get help b4 we fit it and we got more or less nothing lol, we "make it fit" and we get all this lol,
your rite though sam, cold side is correct and it sticks out to far, unless we had to turn them round a bit maybe??

Terry , dude , if you checked out Mo's build thread and his posts in here, you would have all the help you could need. the diagram is pretty good. But I suppose its a learning curve.

some of the pictures of greesha's helped me out when i fitted mine today. will add pics tommorow. Just need to put the undertray back on and fit the front bumper.

Pipework was a pretty good fit. Had some trouble around the dv as i have a s3 strut brace. Probably need to relocate the dv and put in a catch can too as its all a bit close at the top!

Thanks mo for your help on fitting the intercooler (pictures etc) it took me just over 4 hours to fit it, the hardest part was removing the front bumper without breaking anything, its straight forward realy and i didnt have to cut much of the bumper aswell and still managed to save the bit of the bumper where you bolt it back on (bottom bolts on bumper) theres a few on the cupra forum having problems if they follow your advice they cant go far wrong, on a road test 1 of the pipes behind the radiator blew off the pipe i retightened it alot more its running alot better than the standard intercooler im going stage 2 (revo) next month thanks again

it was straight but the car was on the piss when we fitted it... nothing a trusty cable tie cant fix lol
